what is next step?

                                               आता पुढे काय ?

मित्रांनो , नुकत्याच दहावी आणि काही दिवसांपूर्वी बारावीच्या परीक्षा संपल्या . या दोन्ही परीक्षा म्हणजे विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आयुष्यातील एक महत्वाचा टप्पा असतो . मुलांना त्यांच्या आवडीच्या विषयात करियर करण्याची संधी उपलब्ध होते.  परंतु आजचा काळ हा खूप स्पर्धात्मक आहे . असे कोणतेही क्षेत्र नाही कि जिकडे स्पर्धा नाही . सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे आपल्याला काय करायचे आहे पुढे हे आपण लवकरात लवकर ठरवले पाहिजे .कारण जर ध्येय च नसेल आपल्यासमोर तर सर्व काही व्यर्थ आहे . म्हणूच मुलांनो तुम्हाला हि मोठी सुट्टी मिळालेली असते ज्यामध्ये तुम्हला तुमचे करियर ठरवायचे असते .

आणि हा मुलांनो .... निकाल काय लागेल ,किती गुण मिळतील याचा अजिबात विचार करू नका . कारण ते गुण म्हणजे तुमचे भविष्य नाही . ते गुण म्हणजे आपण केलेल्या कामाची एक पावती असते . बाकी काही नाही . गुणांपेक्षा तुमची आवड कशांत   आहे यावर लक्ष केंद्रित करा , कारण त्यामुळे तुमचे भविष्य घडणार आहे . हो आणि यात दुसऱ्यांचे अनुकरण करू नका . तुमचा आतला आवाज तुम्हला काय सांगतो ते ऐका आणि पुढे चला . कोणत्याही बाबतीत दुसर्याशी स्पर्धा करू नका . करायचीच असेल तर ती स्वतःशी करा . तुम्ही काल काय होतात ,आज काय आहात , आणि उद्या काय होणार याविषयी विचार करा ,आयुष्यात खूप पुढे जाल .

तसेच काही पालक आणि मुलांमधला एक मोठा गैरसमज कि ९०% च्या वर मिळाले म्हणजे त्याने विज्ञान शाखेतच प्रवेश घेतला पाहिजे आणि ६०% च्या खाली किंवा आसपास असेल तर कला किंवा वाणिज्य शाखेतच गेले पाहिजे .  मित्रानो हे अस काही नसते . काळ खूप बदलला आहे आता  . आज प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात खूप संधी उपलब्ध होत आहेत . गरज आहे ती फक्त तुमच्या गुणकौश्यल्याची .  त्यामुळे मार्क कितीही मिळूदे तुमचा कल ओळखा आणि त्यावरच ठाम राहा .  अगदी ९६ ते ९८% मिळून सुद्धा कला आणि वाणिज्य शाखेत प्रवेश घेऊन यश संपादन केलेलं बरीच उदाहरण मी स्वतः बघितली आहेत .   

आपण दहावीच्या पुढचा विचार केला तर साधारणपणे  कला , वाणिज्य ,विज्ञान  किंवा अभियांत्रिकी डिप्लोमा  . हे पर्याय उपलब्ध होतात .  मित्रानो हे प्रत्येक क्षेत्र हे वेगवेगळं आहे . प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात वेगवेगळा दृष्टिकोन लागतो . प्रत्येकाचा अभ्यास करण्याची पद्धत वेगळी असते . प्रत्येक क्षेत्राविषयी जास्तीत जास्त माहिती काही दिवसात दिली जाईलच . प्रत्येक क्षेत्राच मार्गदर्शन मी करेनच . 

पण  तोपर्यंत वेळ वाया घालवू नका . काहींना काही शिकत राहा . शिकलेला कधीच वाया जात नाही , कुठेना कुठेतरी ते उपयोगी पडतच . १ -२ महिन्यांसाठी अनेक कोर्सेस उपलब्ध आहेत .तिकडे वेळीच भेट द्या . नवनवीन काहीतरी शिकत राहा . कोणताही निर्णय घेताना दहा वेळा विचार करा . उगाच दुसरा करतोय म्हणून मी पण करतोय असं करू नका . ते नंतर महागात पडेल . आपल्या क्षमता ओळखा . जेवढे बुद्धीला झेपेल तेवढेच काम करा . प्रत्येकाच्या क्षमता वेगवेगळ्या असतात. त्याप्रमाणे आपापले काम करत राहा . निराश होऊ नका . सतत पुढे जात राहा  . मागे काय झाले, पेपर कसे गेले यापेक्षा पुढे मी काय करणार आहे याचा विचार करा . ..

What next?

Friends, just a few weeks ago, the examinations have ended. Both of these exams are an important stage in the life of the students. Children were given the opportunity to pursue a career in their favorite subjects. But today's period is very competitive. There is no area that is not competitive. The most important thing is to decide what we want to do next as soon as we can .if there is no goal, then everything is useless. That's why students have been  given  this big holiday, in which you have to decide for your career.

And these kids ... Do not think about the results, how many points you will get. Because those qualities will  not decide your future. Those qualities are a receipt for the work you have done. There is nothing else. Focus on what your interest is in relation to qualities, because that will be your future. Yes and do not imitate the other. Listen to what your inner voice tells you and move forward. Do not compete with each other in any way. If you want to compete it, do It with yourself.think about how were you yesterday, what are you today, and  what will happen tomorrow, you will become more sucessful in life.

Also, some parents and children got a big misconception that they got over 90% so that they should have access to the science branch and 60% should be in the arts or commerce. Friends, there is no such thing. Now the time has changed a lot. There are many opportunities available in every field today. only your skill matters. So, identify your intrest without thinking of marks. I have personally seen many examples of achievements made by joining the arts and commerce even with 96 to 98%.

If you think after class 10, then generally  arts, commerce, science or engineering diploma. These options are available. Friends, each area is different. Every area has different approaches. The method of study of each one is different. Most information about each area will be given in a few days only. I can  guide every field .

But do not waste time until then. Keep learning something. Learning never gets wasted, where somewhere they could be useful. There are many courses available for 1 - 2 months. Learn something new. Think of ten times when making any decision. do not do anything carelessly like other people do, They will fall into the abyss later. Identify your abilities. The more you work, the more you work. Everyone's capabilities vary. Keep doing your work accordingly. Do not be disappointed. Continuously moving forward .instead thinking,  of what happened yesterday think about what will I do next.
